We had initially made contact with hundreds of professional institutions, those that govern and (should) enforce standards which relate to the level of workmanship & professional conduct of its members.
All of which, have been offered an opportunity to propose the aims of the Regulated Trades Directory to it's members.
We must say that the lack of reply and/or results that we have received from these "so-called" professional institutions are - very disappointing indeed!
Therefore, we have decided to throw our doors open to you - the developers, landlords, owners and tenants.
After all - it is "you" and "your investments in property" that we are trying to protect!

This will name, and shame individuals who's "antics/un-professional conduct" has been brought to the attention of the relevant authority. We will also list any individual who has submitted fraudulent information, in an attempt to register on regtd.com as a professional.
