professional status.
4. You have
verifiable references.
Q. Is that all there is to it

Q. If I don't wish to Register ON-Line - Can I
Register OFF-Line ?
A.
YES!
Go to
the Service Provider Registration 
page and follow the on-screen instructions.
This will allow you to
complete the form on the screen, then simply print it off and
submit via the postal service.
Please Note:
Any information submitted
during the registration process is directed through HTTPS (Secure Server!)
(We're as secure as Internet
Banking!)
Q. Will you charge me a
commission fee when I accept or complete the Consumers project
?
A.
NO!
The project fees that you have negotiated -
go directly to you.
